This Privacy Policy applies to the NailMirror: AI Nail Try On mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application") created by Gautam Singh Rathor (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider").

The Application is provided as a Free service with optional premium features and is intended for use "AS IS."

Image Data and AI Processing

NailMirror allows users to upload photos (such as photos of your own hand and nail design reference images) to generate AI-based nail try-on results.

When you use AI features:

Your selected images are securely uploaded to cloud servers for processing
Images are processed using third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini image models)
The processing is performed only to generate the requested result (e.g., applying a nail design to your hand)

The Service Provider does not use your images for training AI models.

Your images are stored securely and are associated with your account to allow you to:

View past generations
Save and manage your results
Sync across devices

You may delete your images at any time from within the app or by requesting account deletion.

Data Storage and Retention

User data (including images and generated results) is stored securely using cloud services (e.g., Firebase).

We retain data only as long as necessary to:

Provide app functionality
Maintain user history and saved content
Comply with legal obligations

If you request account deletion, your associated data (including stored images) will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

The Application uses third-party services to operate effectively. These may include:

RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management)

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade user data with any third party.

Payments and Purchases

The Application offers in-app purchases such as credit packs and subscriptions.

All payments are processed securely via:

Google Play Billing (Android)
Apple App Store (iOS)
RevenueCat (subscription management)

The Service Provider does not store your payment details.
