• All press-on sets are handmade to order

• No in-person nail services provided

• Orders are custom & made specifically for you

Cancellations 

• Orders cancelled before work begins → refund minus non-refundable deposit

• Orders cancelled after work has started → 50% of total retained

• No cancellations once set is completed

Sizing Responsibility

• Accurate sizing is the buyer’s responsibility

• I am not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect sizing

• Sizing kits strongly recommended for first orders

• Press-ons are reusable with proper care

• Longevity varies based on lifestyle & application
