Modeling and implementing a simple telephone system involves understanding the basic components and functionalities of a telephone network. A simple telephone system can be created using analog technology, with basic components such as microphones, speakers, dialing mechanisms, and connection interfaces. 

The components used for implementing the project:

1. Microphone

2. Speaker

3. Dialing Mechanism

4. Hook Switch

5. Hybrid Transformer

6. Modulator and Demodulator Circuit

7. Power Supply

8. Connecting Wires

Amplitude Modulation (AM) is a technique used in electronic communication, most commonly for transmitting information via a radio carrier wave. In AM, the amplitude of the carrier wave is varied in proportion to the waveform of the message signal being transmitted. 

The main components that are used for implementing the project:

1.  Oscillator Circuit

2. Microphone and Audio jack

3. Modulator Circuit : transistors, resistors , capacitors, potentiometer etc.

4. Antenna 

5. Power Supply

4. Switching Devices such as  Transistors

The PCB layout has been designed using the Proteus Software
