Southwest Area

Affiliate of the National Association of Educational Office Professionals (NAEOP)

Including the States of:

Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah

Welcome to the Southwest Area web page. We are excited to welcome you to our website and hope you will find some valuable information. Take a few minutes and browse the complete NAEOP website to get familiar with all the opportunities available. Our affiliations are built on professional development opportunities, networking with other states across the country and encouraging growth both personally and professionally. Providing opportunities to all office professionals and for our members is what we are all about. Without members, there would not be an association. We encourage you to take that first step in building your career and become a member of your local, state or national associations for Educational Office Professionals.

In addition to our position of Southwest Area Co-Directors, we have been asked to be the Chairmen of the Advisory Council and Affiliations. Leadership comes in many forms, and one of the best ways to get involved with NAEOP is to run for a position on the NAEOP Executive Board. The forms, with criteria and important information can be found at, under the Members Section, under Association Documents.

Emails will be sent periodically to keep you updated on NAEOP and the Southwest Area. Feel free to reach out to your neighboring states/affiliates as well by forwarding the correspondence you receive.

Our current webmaster is Beth Heyden, (CA). We invite you to visit our Facebook page or Twitter. If you have any questions, or need to contact us for any reason, you can email us at the addresses below.

Have a great year!
