As a learning experience designer I leverage socio-constructive, adult learning principles and learning science in my approach to creating employee development solutions. Whether its a skills workshop, technical training, e-learning, conferences or retreats, I ensure learning is social, sticky and works in real life; and sometimes I sprinkle in a bit of film editing and a dash of theater for a little razzle dazzle.
