By using the nPulse mobile application ("App"), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We use phone number verification (One-Time Password or OTP) to authenticate users and secure access to their accounts.
User-uploaded files, such as profile pictures and other documents, are securely stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS processes this data solely for the purpose of securely storing and retrieving user content as part of the App's functionality.
These service providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and are required to protect your information in accordance with applicable security and privacy standards.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health information to third parties.
We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
With trusted service providers (such as cloud storage providers) solely to operate and maintain the App.

Account information is retained while your account remains active.
Health reports and wellness records are retained until you delete them or request account deletion.
Diagnostic logs, crash reports, and analytics information may be retained for up to 12 months to improve app performance and security.
When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
You have the right to delete your account and associated personal information.
You can delete your account directly from within the nPulse App using the Delete Account option available in your account settings.
You may also request deletion by emailing support@nadipulse.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."
After verifying your request, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal information within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
Some anonymous or aggregated information that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics, research, or legal compliance purposes.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
