Based in the Greater Toronto Area, I am a multilingual mediator, arbitrator, adjudicator, negotiation specialist and education consultant with formal university training, and extensive experience across public sector systems, Tribunals, and complex dispute resolution environments. I support individuals and families, institutions, and organizations in navigating both conflict and educational pathways - offering guidance on conflict resolution, student/youth advocacy, program development, and equitable access to services.
My background spans many sectors including: federal and provincial policy, sports, education systems, Indigenous affairs, healthcare, labour relations, youth justice, community, environment, and Board governance. My approach is invested in helping individuals, organizations, and communities resolve conflict effectively, with integrity and often times with lasting results.
I bring a well-rounded, human-centred approach to problem solving that intersects law, public service, conflicts and negotiations. I currently serve in adjudication, arbitration and mediation capacities across multiple Tribunals and Boards, and as a mediator/arbitrator within national and international organizations.
Having a Masters degree in Education (M.Ed), I have also worked extensively with youth and families, school systems, and community agencies providing support in areas such as educational planning and development, advocacy, and conflict resolution within schools.
Whether addressing disputes or advising on educational strategies, I am committed to creating fair, inclusive and sustainable outcomes.
