*To ensure that valuable time is respected, a non-refundable First Fitting Fee will be required if, after the professional assessment, you choose not to proceed with the alteration service or if no alterations are needed. The fee is $75 for Wedding Gowns and $30 for Bridesmaid / Prom / Homecoming / Formal Dresses.

Wedding Gown: $50.00 (pick-up date in less than15business days)
Bridesmaid / Prom / Homecoming / Formal Dresses / Tuxedo: $20.00 (pick-up date in less than 10 business days)
*A quick assessment (5 minutes or less) of the garment is offered free of charge
Shop Policies
Unclaimed Items Policy
Customers receive a receipt at the first fitting appointment / drop-off with the scheduled pickup date. In the case you haven't received a receipt, when alterations are complete, we will also notify you via text, email, or call. Please note that garments must be picked up either on the indicated pickup day or after you have been notified that the order is finished. We kindly ask that garments be collected promptly, as we’re unable to provide long-term storage. If pickup is repeatedly rescheduled or we do not receive a response, the items will be considered unclaimed.
After three (3) months from the pick up date or being notified of finished work, any unclaimed garments will be donated to a local charitable organization due to business inventory needs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
No Children Policy
We truly value all of our customers and want every visit to be a safe and pleasant experience. Because our shop contains tools, sewing equipment, and glass that could easily cause injury, we kindly ask that young children do not enter the workspace area. We understand that this may be inconvenient at times, but your understanding helps us keep everyone safe and our environment running smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation and care.
