As the Chief Education Officer at JA MENA (INJAZ), I spearheaded the digital transformation across a network spanning 13 countries. This initiative involves the introduction of INJAZ Campus, a digital platform tailored to benefit one million Arab youth.
I also introduced Podcasts to our network. Forsati podcasts unfolds across 24 episodes, each designed to ignite inspiration among youth. The podcast channel aims to cultivate a competitive edge in the job market, with each episode featuring a distinguished subject matter expert from the MENA region.
I presented at COP28 on The Transformative Power of Integrating Climate Education with Life Skills. I presented alongside other key figures in the industry, who added knowledge on the topic, based on expertise and experience.

In collaboration with our global office, Junior Achievement Worldwide, I spearheaded the revamp of the first-ever JA program (nearly 100 years old), the Company Program. Starting September 2024, over 10 million students will have access to the new version of the Company Program.
