NACS CHARTER

Article l.

All member states of the NACS will get a minimum of one delegate towards the main court from their respective nation.

Article lI.

Any member can create their own form of court, the NACS main purpose is to make justice more accessible to a wider majority.

Article lII.

There will be no head of court/head judge, the reasoning for this is to eliminate as much bias as possible. Taking into account the concentration of order, there is a “Head”. The only catch is they do not have more power in the court system than other delegates, their purpose is to introduce the case(s) and maintain order.

Article IV.

If two member states come into conflict or disagreement, most of these matters will be handled by the court, same goes for if one member comes into argument with a non member state. If the nation does wish, they are not forced to have this be settled by an international court. It is okay to deny most court internal/external cases.

Article V.

If the NACS delegates come to one concussion, that does not mean it is final. Members & citizens can ask for a retrial, or wish for it to be handled internally rather than by an external group, such as the NACS.

Article VI.

If any member commits an international crime, they will be put in front of the court, and given a fair trial. This is unless the NAPS delegates agree for this not to be the case.

Article VII.

If requested, any form of trial that needs court procedures, no matter the severity, can be presented to the NAPS court. An example of this would be minor thievery or small scale burglary, even the smallest crime can be put in front of our court system.

Article VIII.

No Nation that is can join the NACS unless approved by a 75% majority or more from Members of the NACS.

Article IX.

Only nations that have territorial claims in North America can join this union. This does not include:

Article X.

Article XI.

All documents using the term “NACS” are as official as one that uses “North American Court System”. Both names are official and interchangeable.
