There are four possibilities to reach Tartu:

By plane: https://visittartu.com/plane (Tartu can be reached by air only from Helsinki).

Those who wish to fly first to Tallinn and continue to Tartu by bus, train or car, check here. Flight timetables and other relevant information can be found at the airport website.

By bus (mainly for those who fly to Tallinn and want to get a bus to Tartu): buses from Tallinn to Tartu also stop at Tallinn Airport. Tickets can be bought here: https://www.tpilet.ee/en/ (choose Tallinn Airport as your departure stop and Tartu Coach Station as your destination). Tickets for late September are not available yet.

Long-distance buses will depart from the airport public transport connection (same place as trams and buses) https://www.tallinn-airport.ee/en/transport/getting-to-the-airport/

Accommodation: hotel choices are offered when you register for participation.
