On Campus

The University's "Campus Tours & Things to Do" site provides an abundance of information about visiting campus, including things to see and places to eat on and off campus).


Food

There are a number of fast-food restaurants, coffee shops, sit-down restaurants, and bars within 2 blocks of the university. The Student Union Memorial Center at the center of campus, which is where the conference will be held, offers various fast-food choices (though service is limited on weekends). Heading six blocks west (away from campus) on University Blvd. will take you to 4th Avenue, which has many coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Other restaurants are located further off campus. We recommend the following (see the map below):

ATMs

ATMs are available on University Blvd. (Wells Fargo), on Park Ave. (Chase—bank and ATM), and at the Student Union (Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America, and others).


Books and Supplies

The Student Union is also home to the University of Arizona BookStore. Supplies, souvenirs, and basic necessities are available here. Some toiletries, etc. are also available directly across from the bookstore in the U-Mart.


Copies

Copies are available on weekdays only from 8am-5pm at Fast Copy in the Student Union. There is also a FedEx/Kinko's about 1.5 miles from the conference site (at 2607 East Speedway Blvd.).
