Hi there, I am Seong-Min :) 

If English is an international language, Science is an universal language in the Cosmos.

Research is one of my favorite hobbies as well as my job. I was born in Incheon in Korea. I am a designer for special nanoparticles that have biological functions. For over 20 years, I have studied nanobiotechnology in Chuncheon, Daejeon in Korea, and Mainz in Germany. The biggest reason why I research nanobiotechnology is that it makes my heartbeat. I believe my nanotechnology has changed the world and will save the world. In recent, nanobiotechnology has been rapidly growing, and I am leading it now. My research mainly focuses on challenges to God's area that creates 'artificial cells' by mimicking cellular features. I am also expertise in a wide range of nanobiotechnology for nanomedicine, biocatalytic reactions, encapsulations, etc. 

My research philosophy is "enjoy your research" and "don't be afraid of failure". Research should be my life, but it shouldn't be my everything. Passionate motivation, doing my best, and enjoying time off. And, I do not compete with my other colleagues. Cooperation and helping each other out, are very important for researchers. Those are enough things to be successful in my research life. If you agree with my research motto, why don't you come with me to change the world together ?!
