Alternative Student ID Number Form
Once completed, the student will receive an email containing their "Alternative Student ID Number" for Elevate. ***Write this number in their student file, as this will be their ID number in Elevate for all future registrations.***
*Please make sure to tell students this is NOT a SSN they are receiving. It is simply a number we will use to register them in classes.
Step 2: TEACHERS - Choose the course enrollment option for the student:
***Note: When enrolling students in Elevate for the first time, you will enter their "Alternative Student ID" in the SSN field.
Also, when creating their password, use their 8-digit DOB.
Step 3: TEACHERS - Complete the form for Nick

and Submit the TANF form to Alicia Woods (woodsa@nacc.edu)
Step 4: Log in to ACCS Canvas and work on your ACE or MAPs Course
Students: After at least 1 hour, click the "ACCS Canvas Log in" link in the top right hand corner of this page (or go to accs.instructure.com) - use your email address as the username and your 8-digit Date of Birth (mmddyyyy) as the default password.
TEACHERS: If a student is not able to log in to Canvas by the following day, contact your Nick (bradyn@nacc.edu). He will fill out a Help Ticket.
