We currently have offices from Luzon to Mindanao, but our Head Office in the Philippines is in Eastwood, Quezon City.
It depends on the position. For some positions, we conduct the entire recruitment process virtually or a combination of virtual and face-to-face. Candidates can be assured that they will be aligned with the process and guided accordingly for an enjoyable recruitment experience.
We time each interview for at least 30 - 45 minutes. As much as possible we do them as quickly as possible and focus on items that really matter.
It depends on the availability of all interviewers involved in the hiring process, but we try to make the entire recruitment process as quick as possible.
As soon as you finish the final interview or the final stage of the recruitment process, we will try to provide an update within 3 to 5 days. Sometimes, this may take longer as we are still trying to interview other candidates, but you can be assured that we will update you on the status of your application.
This could be for any number of reasons. Sometimes, the hiring manager is particular about the industry sector experience. For example, they might have told us during our alignment that they only want to meet candidates with some FMCG industry experience. It could also be based on your expected salary. For example, you relayed to us that you are looking for this amount, and our opportunity is just paying an amount lower than you expected.
