Welcome to my page!
I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Marshall University in West Virginia.
My research interests include Development Economics, Health Economics, and Applied Microeconomics. I am particularly interested in the links between political economy and demographic outcomes of societies.
One strand of my research explores the impact of female representation in the public domain on health and fertility outcomes of women in India. The other investigates the role of public policies in shaping health and educational outcomes in societies.
