Student participants must also email to naart.coimbra@gmail.com a proof of their student status (either a valid registration certificate or a declaration from the director of studies).

Abstract submission

If you wish to submit a 25-minute Contributed Talk or a Poster, please download the LaTeX template and submit it by email to naart.coimbra@gmail.com.

The subject of your email should be “Abstract Your Last Name” and the name of your file should be “Your Last Name.tex”.
