and Related Topics III
12-16 July 2027
Department of Mathematics, University of Coimbra, Portugal
This congress is dedicated to Professor Ivan Shestakov on the occasion of his 80th birthday, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the Theory of Non-Associative Algebras and his lasting impact on the mathematical community.
NAART III is the third edition of the Non-Associative Algebras and Related Topics conference series, following the successful meetings held in 2011 and 2022. The conference aims to bring together mathematicians and physicists working in this field to present recent advances, exchange ideas, foster collaboration, strengthen existing research networks, and explore new directions for future research.
The scientific program will span five days and will feature ten plenary lectures, two minicourses, and several contributed sessions, providing ample opportunities for scientific discussion and exchange. Contributions from researchers at all career stages, including doctoral students and early-career researchers, are warmly encouraged.
The conference will be held at the historic University of Coimbra, founded in 1290, the oldest university in Portugal and one of the oldest universities in Europe. The event is hosted by the Department of Mathematics of the University of Coimbra (DMUC), with the support of several Portuguese research institutions.
