At ProApps Solutions, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Naam Jap App ("the App") collects, stores, and uses information across both iOS and Android platforms.
The App is designed as a spiritual companion for practicing Naam Jap — chanting the Divine Name — while protecting your privacy with simplicity and transparency.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
iOS: If you enable iCloud sync, your chanting data (selected Naam, counts, goals, settings) is stored securely in your personal iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. This data is stored in your own iCloud container, is not accessible to us, and is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy. We cannot see or access your chanting history.
Android: All chanting data (selected Naam, counts, goals, settings) is stored entirely on your device. No data is synced to any cloud service or transmitted to any server. If you use the backup feature, the backup file is saved locally on your device and remains fully under your control. We cannot see or access your chanting history.
Android: The App does not offer in-app purchases or donations on any platform. No payment-related information is collected.
The App uses the Facebook SDK solely to measure install attribution — meaning we can tell whether you installed the App after seeing a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ad. This applies to both iOS and Android.
This SDK may collect:
A mobile advertiser identifier (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android), subject to your device permissions
App install event
Basic device information (OS version, device type)
This data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under their Data Policy. We do not use this data for any purpose beyond understanding whether our ad campaigns drove installs. We do not receive personally identifiable information from this process.
You can limit this on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and on Android via Settings → Google → Ads → Delete Advertising ID.
We use:
iOS: Apple's secure CloudKit infrastructure for spiritual data storage
Android: Local device storage only — no data leaves your device
Encryption in transit for any anonymous analytics communications
No payment processing is involved on any platform.
iOS — Chanting Data:
Stored in your iCloud account
Can be deleted by disabling iCloud sync or deleting the App
Android — Chanting Data:
Stored locally on your device
Deleted automatically when you uninstall the App
Any local backup files can be deleted manually from your device storage
We hold no user data on our servers for either platform.
The App is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on any platform. Since no account creation or personal data submission is required, the App is safe for use by all ages with appropriate parental supervision.
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, marketing companies, or any third parties.
The App uses the Facebook SDK solely for install attribution on both iOS and Android. No other advertising SDKs, ad networks, or third-party analytics frameworks are used. No data is sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Data may be disclosed only to legal authorities if required by applicable law.
The App uses the Facebook SDK exclusively for install attribution — to measure whether a user installed the App after viewing a Meta ad. No advertising networks are used within the App. Advertiser identifiers (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android) may be accessed solely for this attribution purpose, subject to your device-level permissions and consent settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect feature changes or legal requirements. Updates will be published within the App or through official channels.
Continued use of the App after updates implies acceptance.

Delete your chanting data at any time
iOS: Disable iCloud sync
Android: Uninstall the App or manually delete local backup files
