Studio Picts operates the Naada mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Naada.
Naada does not require users to create an account. We do not directly collect your name, email address, contacts, photographs, audio recordings or precise location.
The app may store preferences locally on your device, including favourite tracks, volume settings, sleep-timer preferences and information used to calculate the free trial period. This information remains on your device and can normally be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
Following the free trial, the free version of Naada may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, advertisement interactions and diagnostic information. This information may be used to provide advertisements, measure performance and prevent fraud.
Where required, Naada will request your consent before loading advertisements and provide access to applicable privacy choices. Premium users will not be shown advertisements.
If advertising is not enabled in a particular version of Naada, advertising information is not collected through AdMob by that version.

On iOS, Naada will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework where that permission is required for advertising or tracking.
Naada may offer a one-time Premium purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases and payment information are processed by the applicable platform provider. Studio Picts does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.
The app may receive purchase-status information from the platform to unlock Premium access and restore previous purchases.
Naada’s sounds are provided for relaxation and general wellbeing. Naada is not a medical service and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.
The app does not record or listen to users through the microphone.
Naada is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. Parents or guardians may use the app to play suitable relaxation or lullaby sounds.
Locally stored preferences remain on the device until they are deleted, the app’s data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Information processed by Google services is handled according to Google’s applicable privacy and retention policies.
You can withdraw advertising consent through the privacy options provided within the app, where available. You can remove locally stored app information by deleting the app. For other privacy or deletion requests, contact Studio Picts using the email address below.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Naada’s features or legal requirements change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
