This Privacy Policy describes how the Android app N999 (package name com.guidessnn.game, also known as Number Nova) handles information. N999 is a casual single-player game. It does not require an account and does not collect personal information on our servers.
Game progress is saved locally on your device using Android DataStore. This may include:
High score, last score, highest wave, last wave, and games played
Sound on/off preference
Whether you have completed the in-app how-to-play screens
Nova Wheel coins, spin tokens, last spin result, and pending in-game bonuses
A local day marker used only to grant one daily spin
This data is not a name, email address, phone number, precise location, payment detail, or advertising ID. We do not upload this data to our servers.
N999 does not:
Create user accounts or require users to sign in
Show ads or include an advertising SDK
Use analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs
Access contacts, camera, microphone, or location
Collect payment information
Sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising
If Android Backup or device transfer is enabled on your phone, local game preferences may be included in backups controlled by Google and your device settings. We do not operate or control that backup service.
N999 is a general-audience casual number game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require personal data to play.
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage, uninstall the app, or reset the device. Uninstalling N999 removes locally stored progress from the device.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's data practices change. The Last updated date at the top of this policy will be revised when changes are made.
