WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

I ship from sunny little Singapore! And we can ship to most countries in the world :)

SHIPPING COSTS?

I ship only by padded mailer with tracking, or a box for bulkier, fragile items.  Flat items will be packed with a throw-away cardboard to prevent bends or folds. Bulkier items will be bubble- or foam-wrapped.

Solo Stickers will be shipped as is, in a flat mail!

Depends on Zones. Starts from $15 and up. I currently do not ship to Germany.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Depending on your item, it takes about 3 to 5 processing days.

Local shipping takes about another 3 to 5 working days,
International shipping takes about 8 - 15 working days.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT HERE?

Locals can pay via Paylah/Paynow: And yes, this is different from an actual shopping platform! As there is no "cart", please jot down all the items that you wish to check-out, then utilise the Google Form Button located at the Top and Bottom of the site. I will receive your order request, and quote you on the final costs including (if needed) shipping! Alternatively, just reach out to me via Telegram! 

For Int'l customers, it'll be a similar procedure; for payment, you may wish to sign up with Revolut to conduct ZERO FEE transfer with me - it is a safer method and I will provide my link for you to pay!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING OR DAMAGED?

I cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages: I take video evidence of dropping your nice, clean order at the post office! :)

DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?

Yes, commissions remain open due to the fact that there is a waiting list. Check with me if you can afford the wait and pay a deposit to confirm your line in the list. You can also click on the Commissions page for T&Cs before booking a slot.

CAN I CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY TO ORDER?

Yes, you can Telegram me directly @n2y88. Due to security reasons, I will avoid order confirmations over Instagram. Alternatively, please utilise the Google Form button :)

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN CONFIRMED?

If the item has not been shipped out yet, please reach to me via email or Telegram so that I can attempt a refund.
Legally, if the item has been shipped out, you cannot cancel nor ask for refund.
