We operate the Chordex mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
Personal Data: We do NOT collect, store, or share any personal identity information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) while you use Chordex.
Usage Data & Analytics: We may collect anonymous, non-personal usage data (such as features opened or time spent in the app) through third-party services like Firebase to help us improve the user experience.
In-App Purchases: All financial transactions, subscriptions, and payment processing are handled securely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or billing information.
Chordex offers a weekly auto-renewable subscription that unlocks all premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
We implement reasonable measures to protect any anonymous data collected. However, since the App does not store personal data on external servers, your data remains secure on your personal device.
Our App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
