If you cancel your tour more than 5 days prior to the departure date, we will provide a full refund (100%) of the tour cost.
If you cancel your tour between 3-4 days prior to the departure date, we will provide a 75% refund of the tour cost.
If you cancel your tour between 1-2 days prior to the departure date, we will provide a 50% refund of the tour cost.
If you cancel your tour on the day of departure or after the tour has started, no refund will be provided.
In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances that force us to cancel the tour, we will provide a full refund (100%) of the tour cost.
If you are unable to participate in the tour due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, family emergency), we will provide a 50% refund of the tour cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the departure date.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
Refunds will be made in the original payment method.
