Next-generation AI Semiconductor Device Laboratory
We investigate semiconductor physics and develops advanced metrology and inspection technologies for semiconductor devices and nanomaterials. By integrating photonics, semiconductor fabrication, artificial intelligence, and optical measurement techniques such as hyperspectral phase microscopy, we aim to enable precise characterization and next-generation optoelectronic sensing platforms, including CMOS-based spectrometer systems.
Goohwan will join the Biomedical Tissue Engineering Lab at KRISS through the University–Research Institute Collaboration Program starting in March 2026. Congratulations!
