What is gout
Gout is a disease that may occur in various organs of the body, such as if it occurs at the foot, it is referred to as gout, or if it occurs in the hand, it is called gout. In this disease, there is an outbreak of acute inflammatory arthritis .
In the disease, the patient swells and suffers from redness and pain with burning. In the leg, we have a joint called metatarsophalangeal joint, which is most likely to cause gout.
This disease occurs when the uric acid level of the blood is increased. Extra uric acid will cause the crystal to crystallize, and these crystallize into the joints and tendons and surrounding tissues and cause the problem.
Note that inheritance affects the disease, and the disease is much more common in men than in women, as it is called men's disease.
It is also common in postmenopausal women, which is due to impaired kidney and liver function, and hormonal imbalance, and lack of regulation of body metabolism and stress and mental states.
Also, foods containing purine and high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol, diabetes and obesity and fatty liver and kidney disease, especially kidney failure, are associated with the disease.
