How M.Y. Wellness 360™ Works
M.Y. Wellness 360™ is a simple, school-ready system that makes it easy to spot at-risk students and respond before things spiral. Here's how it works:
Every student completes a quick wellness check-in form—just a few simple questions about how they’re feeling, their safety, and if they’d like support. The form is private, mobile-friendly, and takes less than 2 minutes.
“This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It doesn’t add to my workload — it helps me prioritize the students who need me most. I wish we had this years ago.”
— M. Johnson, School Counselor
Responses are automatically color-coded in a live counselor dashboard. High-risk emotions, safety concerns, and red flag keywords are visually highlighted, helping staff spot who needs support—fast.
“M.Y. Wellness 360™ has helped our team identify red flags we would’ve missed. It’s made a huge difference in how we approach student support.”
— D. Torres, Assistant Principal
Counselors can sort by priority and review student details with just a glance. No sifting through papers or emails—just clear, organized insights that help you take the right steps at the right time.
“Our teachers can’t always see what students are carrying. This tool gives us a window into their world — and it lets us act before it’s too late.”
— L. Greene, Student Services Coordinator
From a quick check-in to life-saving intervention, M.Y. Wellness 360™ helps ensure every student is seen, supported, and safe. Your team gains clarity. Your students gain connection.
Prevention. Intervention. Connection.

Foundational to Student Wellness & Academic Success
Creating a classroom where students feel safe, respected, and emotionally secure is not just a “nice to have” — it’s essential. According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, students must first feel physically and emotionally safe before they can fully engage in learning, growth, or achievement.
This free lesson from M.Y. Wellness 360™ is designed to help educators lay that foundation. Designed to work with your own classroom lessons, it provides simple, powerful strategies to build trust, cultivate community, and meet the foundational needs of every student — especially those who carry invisible burdens.
As a teacher with over 20 years of experience, I’ve been recognized by administrators, superintendents, coworkers, and students for the way my classroom “feels like family.” That culture of peace, connection, and trust is one of the biggest reasons my students thrive year after year — and it can be built intentionally.
This 10-day lesson guide is more than a one-and-done activity — it’s a critical first step in the success of the full M.Y. Wellness 360™ program. Because before students can benefit from check-ins, prevention lessons, or counselor support…
they first need to believe:
“This is a safe place. I matter here.”
