Walify respects the intellectual property rights of artists, photographers, and content owners. All wallpapers in the Walify app are sourced from platforms that provide free-to-use or royalty-free images, such as Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, and properly licensed content from Wallhaven.
However, if you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or displayed in the Walify app in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Request, and we will remove the content as soon as possible.

To file a complaint, send an email with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" to:

Your message must include:
1️⃣ Your full name (or company name)
2️⃣ Your contact information (email address is sufficient)
3️⃣ A link or screenshot of the copyrighted content in the Walify app that you claim is infringing
4️⃣ Proof of ownership of the copyrighted material, such as:
Link to original image/content
Copyright registration (if applicable)
Any documentation proving your ownership
5️⃣ A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
6️⃣ The following legal statement:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
7️⃣ Your electronic signature, such as typing your full name.

Once we receive a valid DMCA complaint:
✔ We will review the request
✔ We will remove or disable access to the reported content if the claim is valid
✔ We will notify the uploader (if applicable)
✔ We may block repeat copyright violators

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to:

Your counter-notification must include:
Your full name and contact information
Identification of the removed content

Your consent to the jurisdiction of legal courts if required
