Privacy Policy for MyTripGlobe

MyTripGlobe is a travel planning and travel memory application developed and published by AppTechVisionStudio.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use MyTripGlobe.
1. Local Data Storage
MyTripGlobe is designed primarily as an offline application.
Travel information that you create in the app, including visited places, planned trips, travel memories, notes, selected photos and videos, is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.
MyTripGlobe does not require the creation of a user account and does not operate its own cloud account system for storing your travel content.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of locally stored data. Removing the app, clearing app data, resetting your device, losing your device, hardware failure, operating-system changes or other technical events may result in loss of locally stored information.
2. Photos and Videos
MyTripGlobe may allow you to select photos and videos from your device in order to attach them to travel memories or places.
The app accesses media only when necessary to provide the feature requested by you and subject to the permissions and system interfaces provided by Android.
Your selected travel photos and videos are not uploaded by AppTechVisionStudio to an AppTechVisionStudio server.
3. Advertising
MyTripGlobe uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob to display advertisements, including banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and process certain information for advertising, analytics, security and fraud-prevention purposes. Depending on the device, region and advertising settings, this may include:
• IP address;
• approximate location inferred from IP address;
• app and advertisement interactions;
• diagnostic and performance information;
• device or advertising identifiers.
The collection and processing of this information is performed by Google and is subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and advertising technologies.

4. Rewarded Advertisements
Certain optional features may be unlocked or expanded by voluntarily watching a rewarded advertisement.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional. Users may choose not to use features that require a rewarded advertisement.
5. Internet Access
Some features, including advertising and external web content, may require an internet connection.
Core locally stored travel content is designed to remain available without requiring an AppTechVisionStudio user account.
6. Third-Party Services
MyTripGlobe may use third-party software development kits or services necessary to provide application functionality.
These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies.
MyTripGlobe currently uses services including:
• Google Mobile Ads / AdMob
• Google Play services and platform functionality where required by Android
7. Personal Information
AppTechVisionStudio does not require users to provide their name, postal address, telephone number or create a MyTripGlobe account in order to use the app.
Information voluntarily entered into travel notes or media selected by the user remains the user's responsibility.
Users should avoid storing information in the app that they do not wish to keep on their device.
8. Data Sharing
AppTechVisionStudio does not sell users' personal travel content.
Locally stored travel entries, photos and videos are not intentionally transmitted to AppTechVisionStudio.
Third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads may collect or share data as described in their own documentation and privacy policies.
9. Data Security
Reasonable efforts are made to design MyTripGlobe so that user-created travel content remains locally stored.
However, no software, device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from data loss.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their own devices and maintaining backups where appropriate.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored travel information generally remains on the device until it is deleted by the user, the app's data is cleared, or the app is removed.
Because AppTechVisionStudio does not operate a MyTripGlobe user account or cloud database for this travel content, AppTechVisionStudio generally cannot restore locally deleted data.
11. Children
MyTripGlobe is not specifically designed or marketed as a service for children.
If applicable laws require parental or guardian consent for use of particular online services or advertising technologies, users and guardians are responsible for complying with those requirements.
12. Geographic Information
Maps, geographic representations, boundaries, locations and visualizations presented by the app are intended for general travel organization and visualization purposes.
They should not be relied upon as authoritative navigation, legal, political, surveying, emergency or safety information.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the application, third-party services, legal requirements or privacy practices.
