A booking is considered confirmed once the guest and the Company agree on the tour details, including itinerary, pricing, and schedule.
For most private tours, payment is made at the end of the tour unless otherwise agreed in advance.
In accordance with the laws of Georgia, all payments are accepted in Georgian Lari (GEL). Foreign currency may be accepted at the Company’s discretion based on the daily exchange rate.
Failure to complete payment for services provided may result in legal action in accordance with Georgian law.
Guests are expected to follow the instructions and safety guidance provided by the tour guide or driver throughout the tour.
Some tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, mountain roads, or visiting historical sites. By participating, guests acknowledge and accept the normal risks associated with travel and outdoor activities.
The Company is not responsible for injuries, damages, delays, or losses caused by a guest’s negligence, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow instructions.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
While the Company aims to follow the planned itinerary, routes and schedules may occasionally change due to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Some experiences, including wine tastings, restaurants, hotels, or attractions, are operated by third parties. The Company is not responsible for the quality, pricing, or availability of third-party services.
Georgia is known for its rich history, traditions, and religious heritage. Guests are expected to behave respectfully when visiting churches, monasteries, and cultural sites.
Appropriate clothing may be required at certain religious locations.
Guests are expected to respect nature and historical sites by avoiding littering or damaging property.
The Company reserves the right to end a guest’s participation in a tour without refund in cases of serious misconduct, dangerous behavior, harassment, or illegal activity.
Guests are strongly encouraged to have valid travel and medical insurance during their stay in Georgia.
Guests are responsible for informing the Company about any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect participation in the tour.
Photos and videos taken during tours may occasionally be used by the Company for promotional purposes, including social media, Google Business, and the Company website.
Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional content should notify the Company before the tour begins.
Personal information shared during booking will only be used for tour organization, communication, and customer support. The Company does not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Company’s services shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
