Q: What services do you offer?
A: Here at Mystic Paws Pet Care, we offer a range of services, from dog walks to pet sitting. You can find a complete list of our services here .

Q: My dog is a senior. Does it still need to be walked? 

A: Yes. Although the amount of exercise varies, dogs of all ages should still receive walks. (Dogster, 2024)

Q: What is your cancellation policy? 

A: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the service. If you do not cancel in time, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.

Q: How does the body camera work? Is it safe? 

A: Yes. Videos of your pet are only viewable by Mystic Paws Pet Care and the client. This feature is optional. If you try it out and are unhappy, you may opt out of this service. Data will not be shared to third parties. Read more on our Privacy Policy here.
