In this project, I explored how music and voice can come together to support each other within a single session. I built a music bed in Logic Pro using software instruments and loops, then recorded a voiceover to sit naturally within the arrangement. This project helped strengthen my understanding of session flow, vocal recording, and blending musical elements with recorded audio.
This project was about bringing a scene to life through sound. I set up a Pro Tools session with an imported video, organized the timeline, and planned out every sound that would be needed, from dialog and foley to backgrounds and music. Building the session this way helped me think intentionally about how each sound supports the story rather than treating audio as an afterthought.
As the project progressed, I recorded and edited remaining dialog and foley, filled in missing sound elements, and focused on cleaning and shaping the audio so everything felt natural and connected. The final mix was created using clip gain, faders, and automation, with careful attention to balance and detail. This project strengthened my understanding of post-production workflow and showed me how much thoughtful sound design and mixing can impact the emotional feel of a scene.
This project is my debut album and an ongoing creative journey centered around growth, healing, and transformation. Each track is built with intention, using music as a way to process experience and move toward something brighter. Rather than rushing the process, I’ve focused on letting the project evolve naturally as both my skills and artistic voice develop.
Throughout this album, I am responsible for songwriting, production, session organization, and refining mixes over time. Working on a full-length project has helped me strengthen patience, consistency, and long-term creative focus. Phoenix Rising continues to grow alongside me, reflecting both where I’ve been and where I’m going.
