㈜타토아(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 my산(이하 "앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각합니다. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 자체 서버로 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 다만 코스 안내 화면의 배경 지도 제공을 위해 카카오맵과 통신하며, 이에 관한 사항은 아래 제6조에서 안내합니다.

회사가 수집하는 개인정보
본 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 회사는 이름·이메일·전화번호 등의 개인정보를 자체 서버로 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 앱의 일부 기능은 이용자의 기기에서 위치정보와 사진에 접근하지만, 이용자의 현재 위치, 사진 및 산행 기록은 회사나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 코스 안내 화면의 배경 지도 표시 과정에서 발생하는 카카오맵과의 통신은 제6조에서 안내합니다.
위치정보의 이용
본 앱은 산행 시작, 정상 인증, 지도의 '내 위치' 표시, '지금 있는 자리를 산으로 추가' 기능에서 이용자의 위치를 사용합니다. 위치는 이용자가 해당 버튼을 눌렀을 때에만 확인되며, 산 또는 정상 표석과의 거리 계산, 지도에 현재 위치 표시, 직접 추가한 산의 위치 저장 목적으로만 쓰입니다. 산행 시작이나 정상 인증으로 기록이 만들어질 때의 위치 좌표와 직접 추가한 산의 좌표는 해당 기록과 함께 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 회사나 제3자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 지도의 '내 위치'는 화면 표시에만 쓰이고 저장되지 않습니다. 위치 권한은 이용자가 기기 설정에서 언제든지 해제할 수 있습니다.
기기 내 저장 정보
이용자가 앱에 남긴 모든 기록(방문한 산, 날짜, 소요 시간, 기록이 만들어질 때의 위치 좌표, 메모, 사진, 즐겨찾기, 내 산 지정, 직접 추가한 산과 그 위치, 최근 검색어, 화면 설정 값)은 이용자 기기 내부에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
기기 접근 권한
본 앱은 다음 권한을 사용합니다.
위치: 산행 시작, 정상 인증, 지도의 '내 위치' 표시, 현재 자리를 산으로 추가할 때 현재 위치를 확인하기 위해 사용합니다.
카메라·사진 보관함: 이용자가 산행 기록에 사진을 추가할 때 사용합니다. 선택한 사진은 사본으로 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
각 권한은 해당 기능을 사용할 때에만 요청되며, 이용자가 거부하거나 나중에 해제할 수 있습니다. 권한을 허용하지 않아도 나머지 기능은 이용할 수 있습니다.
백업 파일
백업 파일 내보내기·가져오기는 이용자의 조작으로만 이루어지며, 파일은 이용자가 지정한 위치에 저장됩니다. 백업 파일에는 기록(위치 좌표 포함), 사진, 직접 추가한 산, 즐겨찾기, 내 산 지정이 담깁니다. 회사는 이 파일에 접근할 수 없습니다.
제3자 제공 및 광고·분석
본 앱은 이용자의 현재 위치, 산행 기록, 사진, 메모 등 앱에 저장된 이용자 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 광고·분석·추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
코스 안내 화면의 배경 지도는 카카오맵(주식회사 카카오)에서 제공하는 지도 이미지를 인터넷으로 받아와 표시합니다. 이때 지도 표시에 필요한 산·코스의 위치(앱에 미리 담긴 좌표)와 기기의 인터넷 접속 정보(IP 주소 등)가 카카오 서버에 전달되며, 앱에 저장된 이용자의 현재 위치, 산행 기록, 사진, 메모 등의 정보는 전달되지 않습니다. 인터넷에 연결되지 않으면 지도 이미지 없이 코스 약도만 표시됩니다. 카카오맵의 개인정보 처리는 카카오의 개인정보처리방침(https://www.kakao.com/policy/privacy)을 따릅니다.
그 밖에 본 앱은 회사 서버를 포함한 어떠한 서버와도 통신하지 않습니다. 이용자가 누른 외부 링크(공식 누리집, 전화번호 등)는 기기의 브라우저나 전화 앱으로 열립니다.
아동의 개인정보
회사는 아동의 개인정보를 자체 서버로 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
개인정보의 파기
앱을 삭제하면 앱 안에 저장된 기록과 사진이 삭제되며, 앱 안에서는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 기기의 사진 보관함에 원래 있던 사진은 삭제되지 않습니다. 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 삭제하기 전에 백업 파일을 내보내 두시기 바랍니다.
방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 업데이트 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.
개인정보 관련 문의 및 권리 행사
이용자는 개인정보 및 본 앱의 개인정보 처리와 관련하여 아래로 문의할 수 있습니다. 본 앱의 이용자 기록은 회사 서버에 저장되지 않으므로 회사가 해당 기록을 직접 조회·수정·삭제할 수 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 기록은 앱의 기록 삭제 기능 또는 앱 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy for my산 (My Mountain)
TATOA MSO Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), which operates my산 (the "App"), values users' privacy. The Company does not collect or store users' personal information on its own servers. However, the App communicates with Kakao Map to provide background map imagery on the trail guidance screen, as described in Section 6 below.

Personal Information Collected by the Company
The App can be used without registration or login. The Company does not collect or store personal information such as users' names, email addresses, or phone numbers on its own servers. Some features of the App access location information and photos on the user's device, but the user's current location, photos, and hiking records are not transmitted to the Company or any third party. Communication with Kakao Map for displaying background map imagery on the trail guidance screen is described in Section 6.
Use of Location Information
The App uses the user's location for the Start Hike feature, Summit Check-in, displaying "My Location" on the map, and the "Add Current Location as a Mountain" feature.
Location information is accessed only when the user activates the relevant feature and is used solely to calculate the distance to a mountain or summit marker, display the user's current position on the map, or save the location of a mountain added by the user.
Location coordinates recorded when a hiking record is created through Start Hike or Summit Check-in, as well as the coordinates of mountains added by the user, are stored only on the user's device together with the relevant records and are not transmitted to the Company's servers or any third-party servers.
"My Location" on the map is used only for on-screen display and is not stored.
Users may revoke location permission at any time through their device settings.
Data Stored on the User's Device
All records created or saved by the user in the App — including mountains visited, dates, hiking duration, location coordinates recorded when a record is created, notes, photos, favorites, mountains designated as "My Mountains," mountains added by the user and their locations, recent search terms, and display settings — are stored only on the user's device and are not transmitted externally.
Device Permissions
The App uses the following permissions:
Location: Used to determine the user's current location when starting a hike, checking in at a summit, displaying "My Location" on the map, or adding the user's current location as a mountain.
Camera and Photo Library: Used when the user adds photos to a hiking record. A copy of the selected photo is stored only on the user's device.
Each permission is requested only when the related feature is used. Users may decline the permission request or revoke the permission later. Other features of the App remain available even if these permissions are not granted.
Backup Files
Exporting and importing backup files occurs only through actions initiated by the user, and backup files are saved to a location selected by the user.
Backup files contain records, including location coordinates, photos, mountains added by the user, favorites, and "My Mountain" designations.
The Company cannot access these backup files.
Third-Party Disclosure, Advertising, and Analytics
The App does not provide third parties with user information stored in the App, such as the user's current location, hiking records, photos, or notes, and does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking tools.
The background map on the trail guidance screen is displayed using map imagery downloaded over the internet from Kakao Map (Kakao Corp.). For this purpose, the location of the relevant mountain or trail, using coordinates already included in the App, and the device's internet connection information, such as its IP address, are transmitted to Kakao's servers.
Information stored in the App, such as the user's current location, hiking records, photos, or notes, is not transmitted to Kakao.
If the device is not connected to the internet, the trail guidance screen displays only the schematic trail map without the background map imagery.

Other than the communication described above, the App does not communicate with any server, including any server operated by the Company. External links selected by the user, such as official websites or telephone numbers, are opened using the device's browser or phone app.
Children's Privacy
The Company does not collect or store children's personal information on its own servers.
Deletion of Personal Information and Data
Deleting the App removes the records and photos stored within the App, and they cannot be restored from within the App.
Photos that originally existed in the device's photo library are not deleted.
Users are advised to export a backup file before changing devices or deleting the App.
Changes to This Policy
If this Privacy Policy is changed, notice will be provided through an App update or on this page.
Privacy Inquiries and Exercise of Rights
Users may contact the Company using the information below with questions regarding personal information or the App's handling of personal information.
Because user records are not stored on the Company's servers, the Company cannot directly view, modify, or delete those records.
Records stored on the user's device may be deleted using the App's record deletion feature or by deleting the App.
