2. Payments & Razorpay > We use Razorpay for secure payments. We do not store your credit card or bank details. All financial transactions are handled by the payment gateway.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy > * Cancellations: Users can cancel bookings via the app up to 1 hour before the slot.

• Refunds: For online payments, refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation.

• Timeline: Funds will reflect in your original payment source (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5–7 business days.

4. Location Data > We use background location solely to show you nearby salons and estimate travel time.
