Please allow 1-3 business days for a response to inquiries.

Deposits & Information Gathering

No service will be started/performed prior to payment in full or a paid deposit and all information and/or data is received.

Information gathering, assessment and data collection requirements are addressed or completed in the consultation.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your scheduled consultation or meeting, please give 24 hours advance notice to ensure that you will

not be charged for the appointment.  If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be expected to pay for the missed appointment. 

Cancellations on our end, for any reason, will be rescheduled or refunded expeditiously.

Grace For Coaching Sessions - One (1) session can be missed and rescheduled without a fee.  

The second missed session will incur a $25 fee and you may reschedule. 

The third missed session will terminate the coaching contract without refund.  

A missed session is a scheduled session that the client does not attend AND does not cancel prior to the schedule time of the session.

Nonprofit Board Development Fees

Fees for nonprofit board development are scaled and based on modules chosen, 

client's special requests and requirements, number of days, and budget size. 

There are no meters runnin!  The fee is project-based, not hourly.

Refunds

All purchases are final. There will be NO REFUNDS unless we are unable to complete/provide the service on our end.  

Returns are not accepted.  Please thoroughly review all documents/delivered content upon receipt.  

We offer revisions with every service.  Updates are offered as a plan feature only.

Completion / Expected Time of Delivery (ETD)

Expectations will be set in consultation or quote/estimate.  

Expedited services or requests will be honored for an additional $25-250 fee.

Transfer of Ownership

Any login information will be transferred to the client upon delivery.  

Memberships, registrations, subscriptions, and associations set up and transferred by ResumeMe for the client are 100% under the clients

ownership and management at the point of delivery and going forward.  ResumeMe may be added as a user, contributor,

 or administrator per contract or memorandum of understanding.

Client & Partner Logo

Unless confidentiality is agreed upon or included in a client contract or MOU, ResumeMe reserves the right to use the clients logo and/or the client's business name on the ResumeMe website for promotional purposes. 

Customer grants permission to ResumeMe to use Customer’s logo on the ResumeMe website, or any other marketing material when referring to Customer. Customer will retain all title and rights to such logos.

Privacy Policy

Our website was created to provide the visitor with information about who we are and the services we provide.  By using our site you are providing consent to use your data as described below.  We gather and collect information at its sites in two ways: (1) directly (i.e. when you provide 

information for inquiry or purchase; and (2) indirectly (i.e. through site’s technology, such as downloading our content/document).  We use
