We collect pseudonymized usage data only if you explicitly opt-in to help improve the app. You can disable this at any time in Settings → Telemetry Settings.

We don't collect any data besides total downloads and which AppStore storefronts were used to download the app. This is standard for all apps in the Apple AppStore.
Personal identifiers are never collected or stored.
Data is aggregated through Apple's official systems, to further protect individual privacy.
Exercise videos/images are always processed locally on your device and are never transmitted unless you turn on Apple Health features and syncing.
Apple Health connection is turned on by default and can only be turned on by the user manually.

Legal Basis: Processing is based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Right to Access: No data is linked to you in any way that could identify you.
Right to Correction: Contact us to correct any inaccuracies.
Right to Deletion: The data is not stored by MyReps Wellness or the Data Controller. To delete any potential anonymized information, you must contact Apple directly.
Right to Portability: To see all the stored data, go to the analytics page and select the "All Time" option. You can then take a screenshot of the data that's stored in your device.
Right to Withdraw Consent: If you have set up AppleHealth connection, you can Opt-out anytime in Settings → Turn off "Apple Health" connection.
Complaint Rights: If you reside in the EU, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority: www.aepd.es.

MyReps Wellness is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect analytics from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected data from your child, please contact us to request deletion.
