Think about your issue of interest.
Are you curious about its form? function?
Would you like to find out why things are the way they are? (causation)
Would you like to track how things have changed through time? (change)
Are you wondering what are the different ways people look at it? (perspective)
Would you want to explore how its connected to other things? (connection)
Or maybe, you are wondering what part people have to play with regards to your issue? (responsibility)
I don't already know the answers - most of my questions require me to go on a quest for answers.
My questions have more than one-word answers - they need explanations and not short answers.(sometimes 'how' and 'why' questions are best for journeys, 'what', 'when' and 'who' questions often have closed answers with nowhere else to go!)
My questions are debatable; people might have different answers and that makes for interesting discussion. (make claims and support them, why is one thing better than the other?)
My questions focus on a big idea that interests many people - (exploring Fruits instead of just Apples)
