This site started as an example production hub for Wick Editor projects — a single place to review rushes, drop finished files, manage character libraries, and jump into a shared workspace without juggling a dozen disconnected tools. Everything here runs on standard Google apps (Sites, Drive, Sheets, Meet), so there's nothing to install and nothing to maintain outside your own Google account.
While it was built with Wick Editor pipelines in mind, the structure isn't specific to any one tool. Swap "Rushes" for renders, "Character Library" for assets, "Tools" for your engine of choice — the underlying pattern (shared folders with permission control, a live task list, a meeting space, version-controlled file drops) works for basically any small team or solo project that needs a lightweight production home base.
Consider this a working example rather than a finished template — built, broken, and rebuilt in real time as an actual project's needs came up, not designed top-down from a spec.
