About me

My name is Maria del Mar, i am 23 years old.

I have a need for creation, human connection, and exploration. I feel most like myself when I’m building, designing, or telling a story.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by telling stories and observing the world.

I was filming with my little Toshiba cam, or diving into art history, designing fonts. I was already stepping into the world of interactive media. 

I am particularly passionate about film, photography, and social media. It amazes me how every shot or composition tells a unique story through framing and symbolism. The more I learn, the more I appreciate the power images hold.

Having moved countries across Uruguay, Catalunya, France, Switzerland, and Guadeloupe—I’ve become easily adaptable, open to new environments and ways of thinking.

This constant change has helped me understand the importance of connecting and documenting with others and has shaped my ability to empathize and interact with people from all kinds of backgrounds.

Essentially, everything I do comes from a desire to create work that connects people—visually, emotionally, and intuitively. I’m always searching for new ways to bring life to new ideas.
