Welcome to My Personal Automation Assistant, a personal workflow automation tool built with Make.com to enhance individual productivity.
This app connects securely to Google Workspace servicesāCalendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Gmailāto automate daily tasks such as scheduling, data synchronization, and file management.
It is designed for individuals who want to safely automate routine Google tasks within their own account.

The App helps users efficiently manage personal workflows by linking their Google services through Make.com automation scenarios.
It is intended for individual use only and is not offered for enterprise or commercial deployment.
All Google service access occurs through OAuth 2.0, using explicit user consent and limited scopes that operate only within the userās own account.

No data is stored, sold, or shared with any third party.
All automation runs inside Make.comās secure environment.
All data remains in the userās Google account and under their direct control.
Users can revoke access anytime through Google Account ā Security ā Third-party access.

š„ How Other Users Can Use This App
Any Google Account holder can use Make AI Automation Assistant by connecting their account through OAuth.
The app runs entirely on Make.com; automation workflows are shared as blueprints that users import into their own accounts.
š§ Getting Started
Import the Blueprint
Use the shared Make.com blueprint link or import the provided .blueprint.json file.
Go to Make.com ā Scenarios ā ⯠ā Import Blueprint.
Authorize Google Modules
For each Google module (Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.), click Add a connection ā Sign in with Google ā Approve requested scopes.
Each userās automation operates only with their own Google account.
Configure Variables
Replace placeholders (e.g., calendar ID, sheet ID, folder ID) with your own Google resources.
Adjust filters and module settings as needed.
Run and Automate
Click Run once to test.
When verified, enable Scheduling ā ON for automatic execution.
š§Ŗ Tips & Troubleshooting
OAuth window not opening: enable browser pop-ups.
redirect_uri_mismatch error: verify that the redirect URI in Google Cloud Console exactly matches Make.com.
Testing mode: ensure your Google account is listed as a Test User in Google Cloud Console.
Drive not showing files: note that drive.file only shows files created or selected by this app.

Users can request access to automation blueprints. Upon request, the developer will share a Make.com blueprint link so each user can replicate the automation scenario within their own account.
Each workflow runs independently with the userās own Google credentialsāno shared data, no external storage, and no third-party integrations beyond Google Workspace.
All blueprints are designed for secure, individual use under Googleās Limited Use and User Data Policy requirements.
