At the end of my representation of clients I send them a link to an anonymous "myPD Review & Feedback" survey which states:
I hope you believe I upheld my end of the relationship: vigorous and competent representation of you.
Although some clients do make Google Reviews , such reviews reveal the reviewer faced criminal charges and needed a public defender. However, having Reviews and Feedback/Advice for new clients to read may to the following:
Reduce anxiety (if they know others think their attorney is good);
Encourage good attorney-client communication, etc.
