This Privacy Policy describes how MyPassPro ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information and data when you use our application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and have designed MyPassPro to function with the absolute minimum requirement for data interaction.

MyPassPro is a utility application designed for generating strong, secure passwords locally on your device. We believe that true security comes from minimizing data collection and maintaining a completely self-contained, offline environment. Your privacy is our utmost priority.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

MyPassPro is fundamentally designed to be a Zero-Data Collection application. We want to be unequivocally clear about what the App does not do:

• No Collection of Personal Data: MyPassPro does not collect, transmit, store, or otherwise process any personal data from its users. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, location data, IP address, device identifiers, biometric information, or any other information that could be used to personally identify you.

• No Password Storage: The App does not store or keep a record of any passwords generated by the user. Generated passwords exist in the temporary memory of your device only for the duration you have the App open and actively running the generation function.

• No Tracking of User Activity: We do not track how you use the App, how often you use it, the types of passwords you generate, or any other usage metrics.

• No Log Files: MyPassPro does not create or maintain server-side or device-side log files related to your activity or device information.

3. Data Handling and Operation

MyPassPro operates completely offline and maintains a fully isolated environment:

• No Internet Connection Required: The App is fully functional without any internet connection, Wi-Fi, or cellular data access. All password generation logic and functionality are contained entirely within the application installed on your device.

• Works Completely Offline: MyPassPro is a truly offline tool. There are no server interactions, no external data transmissions, and no requirements for network access to perform its intended function.

• Local Password Generation: All password generation processes occur locally on your device. The algorithms and results never leave your device’s isolated processing environment.

• Temporary Data Existence: Any password generated by the App exists only in the volatile memory of your device. Once you close the MyPassPro application, the generated password data is cleared from the App's memory space and is not recoverable by the App. If you wish to save a generated password, you must do so yourself using your device's native functionality or a trusted password manager outside of MyPassPro's control. We highly recommend using a secure method for storing passwords.

4. Third-Party Services and Analytics

• No Analytics: MyPassPro does not incorporate any analytics tools, software development kits (SDKs), or frameworks designed to collect usage data, crash reports, or performance metrics. We have intentionally foregone all forms of analytics to ensure your activity remains private.

• No Third-Party Services: The App does not rely on or integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or external servers for its core functionality. This eliminates the risk of data sharing with outside entities.

5. Data Security

Since MyPassPro does not collect, store, or transmit any user data or passwords, the primary security burden related to data transmission or remote storage is eliminated.

• On-Device Security: The security of the generated passwords while the App is running is governed by the native security features of your operating system (e.g., memory protection, sandboxing). We encourage users to maintain a secure device (e.g., using strong device passcodes/biometrics) to protect any data, including generated passwords, before they are manually saved by the user.

6. Children's Privacy

MyPassPro is a general-audience utility tool. Because we do not collect any personal data from any user, we inherently do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operational procedures or to comply with new legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on a dedicated webpage. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. However, due to the fundamental, non-data-collecting nature of MyPassPro, we anticipate any changes will be minor and will uphold the core principle of zero personal data collection.
