Women at Amazon is a global affinity group for women, non-binary employees and allies at Amazon with over 80 chapters worldwide. Women at Amazon is committed to attracting, developing and retaining women in both tech and non-tech roles across all of Amazon's businesses.

Amazon Amplify was launched, designed to help participants from all backgrounds with actionable tips that enable them to speak up, become a better ally and lead inclusively.

Amazon rekindle program is a launchpad for women who've taken a break in their working lives for any reason. Our program helps women resume their careers. The program is open to any woman who has taken a career break of 12 or more months and meets the requirements of the job.

WINS (Women in Night Shifts) is a program that enables Amazon to give equal opportunity for both men and women to work in night shifts. Since many States in India prohibit the employment of women in night shifts, Amazon India has been proactively engaging with government authorities to enable night shift operations for women across its sites in India.

Pinnacle which is a leadership development program for high performing women at Amazon aimed at building an internal pipeline of diversity leadership for the future.

‘Catapult’, launched in partnership with Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2021, is a curated learning program for mid-level women managers. Its curriculum comprises of 3 elements - expressing leadership voice (leading self), leading with an enterprise mindset (leading business) and strengthening network (leading organization), while other mentoring or experience sharing mechanisms at Amazon are ‘Sheroes’ and ‘Amazon Catalyst Program’.

All-women Virtual Customer Service (VCS) Center enables women to continuously leverage their skills, strengths, and capabilities, from the comfort of their homes
