Amazon Future Builders Program is for those aspirants who are enrolled in the premier management schools in India, such as IIMs, ISB and XLRI. The main motive to launch the AFBP program by Amazon is to prepare the aspirants to better perform for leadership roles at the company.
During the programme, students are allowed to experience a thorough knowledge of Amazon’s businesses by going through an incubator period of 2 months.
After this incubation period, candidates will go through a 24-30 months period where they will be able to gain domain expertise in particular Lines of Business
The AFBP program aims to provide in-depth business experience by various means and measures such as learning, training, networking, as well as mentorship opportunities too as mentioned by Amazon’s officials.
Those who are interested are required to connect with their placement cell in their respective institutes
Selected candidates will be invited for an online assessment and video/phone interviews
Post completion of their respective courses, these selected candidates will start with the AFBP incubator period
FLDP Program:Finance Leadership Development Program
MBA Graduates after Internship come in as Senior Financial Analyst and then there is rotation program which gives various breadths

AWS Early career Programs:

Launched in various colleges across Delhi and Bangalore, Peer to Peer student marketing about various Amazon prime usage benefits.
Apart from Peer to peer it also had social media, email marketing and google ads, Also created a microsite dedicated for this program which in return got them 600 applications for Ambassador role.
Post this they conducted Interview based on various competencies to Identify Amazon campus ambassadors for various colleges.
These Ambassadors help them in peer to peer marketing about Prime, run various initiatives about prime for the whole of the year, run various competitions, Case study exercises etc.
