My Notes and its affiliates (the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy (or “policy”) sets out the basis on which any data and information My Notes collects from you will be processed by My Notes during your use of, My Notes (together, the ”app”) and/or any functions or features My Notes offer (including, for example, the My Notes Cloud), and any other product or services that links to these Terms, as well as all functionality that My Notes makes available (collectively, the "Services".)
