MyNote does not require account registration, sign-in, or sign-up to use its features. We may collect limited non-personal information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and basic diagnostic information necessary to maintain app performance and reliability.

2. User-Generated Content

MyNote allows you to create text notes, checklists, reminders, and voice notes. All content you create, including voice recordings, is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, transmit, upload, or store your notes or voice recordings on our servers.

3. Voice Notes

The Voice Note feature enables you to record and attach audio to your notes. Voice recordings remain stored locally on your device and are used only for the functionality you choose. MyNote does not process, analyze, upload, or share your voice recordings with any third party.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data remains under your control and is stored on your device. We take reasonable measures to help ensure that app data is handled securely and protected from unauthorized access within the application.

5. No Cloud Storage or Synchronization

MyNote does not provide cloud storage, account synchronization, or online backup services. Your text notes, checklists, reminders, and voice notes are stored exclusively on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

6. Biometric Authentication

If you choose to enable biometric authentication, such as fingerprint or face unlock, authentication is processed entirely by your device's operating system. We do not collect, store, or have access to your biometric information.

7. App Permissions

MyNote requests only the permissions necessary for specific features to function properly. For example:

Microphone Permission – Required only when you choose to record a voice note.
Storage/Media Access (where applicable) – Used only to save and manage your notes and voice recordings on your device.

Permissions are used solely for their intended purpose and are never used to collect personal information without your consent.

8. Data Retention

Because your content is stored locally on your device, it remains available until you choose to delete it or uninstall the application. We do not retain copies of your text notes, voice notes, or other personal content.

9. Children's Privacy

MyNote is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, appropriate steps will be taken to remove it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date and publishing the revised Privacy Policy within the application or through official distribution channels.
