Welcome to Myniq Admin App! This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when administrators use our admin application to manage the Myniq e-commerce platform.
As an admin application, we collect and process the following information:
Administrator Account Information Email address and name (when you create an admin account) and authentication credentials via Firebase Authentication.
Product Management Data Product information including names, descriptions, prices, and images; product categories and classifications; and inventory and stock information.
Order Management Data Customer order details such as shipping addresses, phone numbers, and order contents; order status and tracking information; and payment method information (Cash on Delivery only).
Analytics and Business Data Order statistics and sales data, revenue analytics and performance metrics, and dashboard metrics and reports.
Promotional Content Coupon codes and discount information, promotional campaign data, and marketing material and banners.
Device and Storage Permissions Internet access for connecting to Firebase servers and read external storage permission for uploading product images and managing media files.
We use the collected information to enable administrators to manage products, categories, orders, and promotions; generate analytics reports on sales and order statistics; provide dashboard insights for business decision-making; process and fulfill customer orders; manage coupon codes and promotional campaigns; monitor business performance and trends; and ensure secure access to admin functions.
Internet Permission Required for the app to connect to Firebase servers, enables real-time synchronization of products, orders, and analytics data, and is necessary for all core admin functionalities.
Read External Storage Permission Used only for selecting and uploading product images, allows access to your device's gallery when adding or updating product photos, and does not access any personal files unrelated to app functionality.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Firebase Authentication for secure admin access, Cloud Firestore provides secure data storage with access controls, admin authentication is required to access sensitive business data, and role-based access ensures only authorized administrators can manage the platform.
Firebase Services Firebase Authentication for secure admin login, Cloud Firestore for database management of products, orders, and business data, and Firebase Storage for secure storage of product images.
Google Sign-In Optional authentication method for administrators used only for secure access to the admin panel.
Analytics Tools FL Chart is used for visualizing sales and order statistics locally, and no third-party analytics services collect or share your data.
Product and order data is retained as long as necessary for business operations. Admin account information is retained until the account is deleted. Analytics data is stored to maintain historical business records. You can request data deletion by contacting us.
As an administrator, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin credentials, handling customer data in compliance with privacy regulations, using the admin panel only for legitimate business purposes, and protecting customer information accessed through the admin app.
Administrators can update their account information. Access to customer data is limited to what's necessary for order fulfillment. You can request a copy of your admin activity logs. Account deletion requests can be made by contacting us.
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Significant changes will be notified through the app.
