MyMoodJournal – Simple Diary (“the app”) is designed to allow users to privately record daily thoughts and mood ratings. Protecting user privacy is a core part of the app’s design.

Specifically:
No personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers are requested
No health, medical, or biometric data is collected
No account creation or sign-in is required
All diary entries and mood ratings are created and managed entirely by the user.
All journal entries and mood ratings are stored locally on the user’s device only
The app does not sync data to external servers or cloud services
If enabled, the optional 4-digit PIN lock helps prevent unauthorized access on the device
Removing the app deletes all locally stored data
MyMoodJournal does not include third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies.
Only official Android system components and Google-maintained libraries are used to operate the app.
The app functions fully offline
No internet connection is required
No data is transmitted outside the device
MyMoodJournal does not request unnecessary or sensitive permissions.

MyMoodJournal is not specifically designed for children and does not knowingly collect information from users of any age.
