### Privacy Policy for MyMoney

MyMoney ("the app," "we," "us") is a personal-finance learning app published by FTGGCIG. We designed MyMoney to respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
**No account required today.** MyMoney does not currently require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email, or phone number to use the app. All core features work without an account. (See "Optional accounts" below regarding features we may add in the future.)
**Information stored on your device.** The app stores the following only on your device, using your device's local storage:
- Your learning progress and quiz results.
- Your budget categories, spending limits, and any transactions you enter.
- Any calculator results you choose to save.
- A flag indicating you have completed onboarding.
This information never leaves your device except as described in "Coach AI" below. We do not have a server that stores your budget, transactions, or progress, and we cannot see this data.
**Coach AI.** MyMoney includes an optional AI assistant, "Coach." When you send Coach a message, the app transmits the following over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our processing service, which forwards it to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply:
- The text of the messages you type to Coach.
- A short summary of your in-app context (for example, which learning modules you have completed and high-level budget figures such as your monthly budget total) so Coach can give relevant answers.
We do not attach your name, email, device identifier, or any account information to these requests, because the app does not collect those. Anthropic processes your request to generate a response and, under its commercial API terms, does not use this data to train its models. Our processing service forwards your request and returns the reply; it does not create a stored profile of you. Your device's IP address is processed transiently by our infrastructure provider for security and abuse-prevention (rate limiting) and is not used to identify you or build a profile.
If you never use the Coach feature, no information leaves your device.
**Optional accounts (future features).** We may introduce optional account creation and sign-in — for example, to let you back up your data, sync across devices, or restore your progress. These features are not available today. If and when we offer them:
- Signing up will be optional, and MyMoney will continue to work without an account.
- We would collect only the information needed to provide the feature, such as an email address (or a sign-in identifier from a provider like "Sign in with Apple") and the app data you choose to sync.
- We may use a trusted third-party authentication and storage provider to operate these features on our behalf.
- We would use this information only to provide the account, sync, and backup features you request — not to advertise to you, and not to track you across other apps or websites.
- Before any such feature launches, we will update this policy to describe exactly what is collected, update our App Store privacy details accordingly, and, where required, ask for your consent.
**No advertising or tracking.** MyMoney contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell or rent any information.
**Children.** MyMoney is rated for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
**Your control and data deletion.** Because your data lives on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by using "Reset all app data" in Settings, or by deleting the app. There is no server-side copy for us to delete.
**Educational purpose.** MyMoney and Coach are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
**Changes.** If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at this URL.
