You are responsible for reading in full all terms & conditions, agreeing, accepting and behaving extremely respectfully and professionally.

Please be aware, that we only offer treatment designed to relax, relieve street, pain and soothe not to relieve chronic pain or other underlying conditions.

Kindly advise My Mobile Massage of any health conditions, allergies, skin rashes, sunburn or injuries that could affect your treatment or service.

Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made will result in the session being terminated immediately, thereby forfeiting your payment.

Cancellation Policy

Please note: Once you’ve booked an appointment with My Mobile Massage, we have reserved time in our schedule to travel exclusively to you. 

If you'd like to reschedule, please let us know 24 hours in advance so we don't incur any charges. 

Cancellations less than 3 hours before your treatment will be charged 50% of the total booking.

In case My Mobile Message cannot reach you on arrival or feel unsafe at your location, My Mobile Message reserve the right to charge 100% for this service and leave the location.
